Hello,
My rental situation is coming to a close 1/1/2027.
Budget, $750-900, including utilities.
My name is Lollie and I am interested in a studio, MIL apt, or over garage apartment to rent, especially in the Whitaker neighborhood, or Springfield.
I have lived in the Eugene area for 30 years, and resided for 10 years in Portland Oregon, with a nine months conscious living arrangement in Baja Mexico.
I’m so glad to be back to my hometown, I would love to tell you more about myself.
I am mature, single female, retired and have my own income.
Exceptionally clean and quiet.
Happy to provide proof of income and rental references upon request.
