I am selling a well-prepared residential property For Sale By Owner and am seeking a licensed real estate agent to assist specifically with buyer showings.

Scope of Work:
Conduct scheduled showings for qualified buyers
Maintain professional presence during showings
Compensation:
Paid per showing or hourly (open to discussion)
