Maintenance Technician – Full Time
Vista Pines Association, a 38-acre property with 38 buildings (522 Units) is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a condominium community in Stuart, FL.
Pay: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Health/Dental insurance, PTO, Holidays Schedule: 40 hours per week Responsibilities include:
• Completing maintenance work orders
• General repairs (carpentry, HVAC, drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical)
• Inspecting property and reporting issues
• Pressure washing and lighting checks
• Ability to climb and work safely on ladders
• Assisting with hurricane preparation
• Maintaining common areas and amenities
• Following OSHA safety guidelines
• Assisting with landscaping and general upkeep of common areas
Qualifications:
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of irrigation a plus
• Ability to perform physical work
• Strong reliability and customer service skills
• Background check and Drug testing Required
• Successful candidates must be able to work primarily outdoors
• Physically be able to work on their feet all day
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Majority of workdays are outdoors.
