This is a beautifully rich, semi-antique, tribal designed, SERAPI Oriental rug that was hand knotted in Turkey in the 1940's. It is in excellent condition with no wear spots or stains or repairs. The field is a rich crimson red color, with two large dark blue hexagons on the field, surrounded by a thin inner picture framed border of tobacco brown, and outlining that, a dark blue picture frame border that is a bit wider and larger The exact size is 6.6x3.7 and this is an exceptional piece.
We used this to stage an upper bracket home for sale. We take the rugs back after the staging and sell them for a portion of their cost to reduce the staging fee, which is why it is available. At retail this rug is $1700=$1800. Just $575 here since the staging paid the bulk of the cost.
This rug grabs your attention, and would be very impactful in an entryway, hallway, entrance to a larger room, or even in a kitchen or bathroom. It is a beautiful oriental and again in excellent condition. Message me here to view it. Thanks.
