The Novagen White Leghorn hens lay Large white eggs (w/ the occasional Extra Large egg) at an average lay rate of 6/wk.
Novagen Easter Egger hens also lay an average of 6 eggs/week. They are white birds, with blue legs, puffy cheeks and lay medium blue eggs.
Also selling 2 Rhode Island Red Hens which lay an average of 4-5 medium brown eggs a week.
All hatched this spring, have been laying eggs well for a handful of weeks, are Merek's vaccinated and in good health.
Were raised from chickhood on Amish feed, garden figs, tomatoes and berries and given genuine free range daily on grassland and woodland for most of the daylight hours.
The Leghorns and EE's are fast and predator aware. They have been excellent bug hunters- we do not get ticks when we walk in our wood-line.
$50/ea. Please put the name of the breed you are interested in in the subject line of your email so I know you are not a bot. Thank you.
