Working directly alongside our technology executive, you'll help shape our global expansion strategy, diagnose and integrate agent adoption across the organization, and turn those results into content that reaches a global audience. Every part of this role is grounded in a solid understanding of the underlying technology.
- Service analysis for global expansion strategy — Break down and analyze competing global AI dubbing/voice services, and draw out insights grounded in technology and data.
- Build and test POCs yourself — Use vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to turn ideas into working prototypes quickly and validate them firsthand. You won't need to write code from scratch.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback — Run interviews with overseas customers directly, then structure that feedback so it feeds into real decisions.
- Diagnose, integrate, and scale AX across the organization — Assess where each team member stands on agent adoption, and standardize and unify workflows.
- Research emerging technology for company-wide AX — Look beyond the dubbing domain to investigate emerging agent and automation technologies applicable across the company, and support the technology executive's decision-making.
- Create external tech PR content — Produce and distribute content yourself, from the technical blog to video made with AI video generation tools such as Seedance and Veo.
Who we're looking for
- Fluent English is required — enough to run video interviews with overseas customers on your own.
- The drive and ability to keep learning and applying the latest developments in AI (LLMs, voice and video generation).
- Hands-on experience producing real output with Claude/ChatGPT, agent frameworks, or automation tools.
- The kind of person who can't rest until they've built the thing and seen it work for themselves.
Nice to have
- Experience with vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, etc.)
- Experience creating content with AI video generation tools (Seedance, Veo, Runway, etc.)
- Experience sharing knowledge externally — technical blogs, YouTube, talks
- Experience with MCP, agent workflows, or LLM APIs
