**Allied Tile & Stone, Inc.** is seeking a highly skilled Tile Setter to join our team. We specialize in custom residential and light commercial projects and are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in producing exceptional work.
This position is for an experienced professional—not an entry-level installer. We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve problems in the field, and consistently deliver high-quality installations.
Pay
**$32.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level**
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of professional tile installation experience
* Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
* Strong skills in layout, design, and jobsite preparation
* Experienced in floating walls and floors
* Ability to install porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaics, and large-format tile
* Ability to read plans and execute detailed installations
* Own hand tools
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
Preferred Experience
* Custom showers and waterproofing systems
* Mud work and advanced tile-setting techniques
* Stone fabrication and installation
* Light commercial projects
