We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Distributor Training Center (DTC). In this role, you will interact directly with residential customers, providing exceptional customer support while demonstrating and selling the Avalir Platinum Series maintenance system and supporting the sales process.
Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, communication abilities, and customer-service skills will help create positive experiences, build customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth.
Compensation: $3,000 per month base salary + commission.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor / Self-Employed.
Work Setting: In-person, face-to-face with residential customers. The position involves conducting product demonstrations and presentations with prospective customers and assisting customers with their product needs.
This paid position offers an opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Greet customers warmly in person, ensuring a positive first impression.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of the Avalir Platinum Series maintenance system for prospective residential customers.
Explain the features, benefits, and uses of the Avalir Platinum Series and answer customer questions.
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to customers' cleaning and maintenance needs.
Base Salary: $3,000 per month + commission.
Work Location: In person.
Customer Interaction: Face-to-face with residential customers, including in-home product presentations and demonstrations as applicable to scheduled customer appointments.
