The NNN (Triple Net); and CAM is the biggest Commercial Property Owner scam in leasing. It is used regularly as add-on to rent, and legal remedies are very difficult to remedy the deceptive practice. Some of the giants in Commercial Ownership are regularly scorned for increases. No business wants to move every few years. When you see NNN; look elsewhere; as more lessors are advertising "NO NNN" agreements. AND, don't fall for brokers sales pitch, they are immune to action for false representation. Research Owner information carefully, as those with bad reputations, use satellite names. Metro Drive is a non starter. If ad states "Negotiable" beware, rent will be fixed, and CAM will increase up to 400% after signing lease. These big Commercial Landlords are now underwater with Commercial High Rise defaults, so extra caution is advised. YOUR WALKING INTO A TRAP!
