We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Bartenders to join our hospitality team at Prime Osborn Convention Center. As an Event Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent beverage service during a variety of high-volume events, including trade shows, corporate functions, and special events.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Follow all state and local laws regarding alcohol service and consumption.

• Accurately mix and pour drinks using standardized recipes.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar space at all times.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and guests.

Please make sure of the following:

• Arrive on time.

Be in proper uniform.

Showing up smelling like marijuana will not be tolerated.

Walking off the job is unacceptable.

Additional Reminders:

• Schedules may change based on operational needs.
• If the client asks you to stay an extra 30 minutes and you agree, you are expected to remain on-site.
• If the job finishes early, you will be released early.

Bartending

When working in Bartending Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to mix, prepare, serve, or transport alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine or cash register in a professional and courteous manner
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, or other items at the start or end of your shift
• Work on your feet, either stationary or constantly moving for the full shift
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities at times, as required by the immediate supervisor
• Comfortable working in a busy and at times hectic environment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
• Note for that for any event staff position that requires handling food, you will need to follow GMP guidelines which include keeping your hair up, neatly trimmed fingernails, and you may be required to cover any facial hair.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
