Looking for a 30 to 40 an hour week guy who is very good and detailed and meticulous, but will be open to constructive criticism daily until I make you one of the best at what you do. Preferably not towards the end of their career for it is hard to change old habits and teach new tricks. Also I would prefer to 1099 you so if needed, we could work out details on helping you get set up with an LLC to make that happen if you don't already have one! My last guy of 8 years had his own Company but was sick of always having to line up work and stay busy all year so he found he made more money working for me full time and doing his own side jobs on the nights and weekends when he wanted.
