I am offering a 16’L X 8’W X 8’T Custom Built chicken run. Constructed of pressure treated wood, w/2 coats of primer & 2 coats of color. Covered in Clear 2.2 ft. x 8 ft. Corrugated PVC Roof Panels to allow full sun light, yet, no rain or snow. Wrapped in 1/2” X 1/2” galvanized wire, to prevent rodents and other animals entry, yet allows full air flow.

It is in excellent condition and not weathered, Went into service March 2025.

Coop is wired w/outdoor rated LED Lamps and timer, all GFCI enclosed outlets. This provides 14 hours of natural daylight which is required for full egg laying capacity.

Buyer will disassemble and transport with his own labor.

Price $750.
