Hiring temporary helpers for about ONE WEEK to assist with dissembling, palletizing, stacking, and banding/ strapping pallet racking (industrial style shelving) for transport. This is a warehouse based ‘gig’ that involves manual labor, standing for extended hours, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs. Experience with operating manual pallet jacks, using cordless power tools, operating scissor lifts, and familiarity with banding/ strapping tools is a plus, but not required. Though, ideal candidates need to be able to follow simple directions, use basic hand tools, and be comfortable working at elevated heights up to 20 feet. Safety harnesses are provided. The location is in Sterling, VA near Old Ox Rd and 28. Hours are TBD, but all during the day. Applicants NEED to have a reliable mode of transportation as we work as a team and therefore it is imperative that everyone is on time. Tardiness will not be accepted. Following, this is a secure site meaning your truck, bags, tool boxes/bags, and person may be searched at anytime, therefore - alcohol, drugs, and firearms are not permitted (even in your vehicle). Failure to observe this notice will result in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of any daily wages earned.

Please bring: (1) a valid government-issued ID/ driver’s license, (2) jeans, (3) boots (preferably steel toe), (4) gloves w/ a minimal ANSI A1 level cut resistance, and (5) water and lunch.

Pay is: $20.00/ per hour cash, Zelle, or Venmo at the end of the SECOND day. Second days pay will be at the end of the THIRD, and third days pay will be at the end of the FOURTH, etc. The last two days pay will be paid out together on FRIDAY. This is to guarantee attendance. If you wish to be paid on the same day we will assume you will not be returning the next and your hours may be given to someone else.
