Handyman Needed ASAP for Several Small Home Repairs (Sterling)

I am looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to help with several small repairs around my house. Jobs include:
• Repair a large hole in drywall (patch, sand, and paint touch up)
• Hang or fix two curtain rods that are falling off
• Replace a bathroom fan that is not working
• Fix a light fixture
• Check out a water stain on the ceiling that seems to be coming from the attic
• A few other minor odds and ends
I can pay $25-30 and hour
