Probably from Radio Shack back in the day. Very mid century modern. From my childhood home in the 1970's. My siblings and I would gather round during a snowstorm to hear if our school was canceled that day. Model 12-152A It is in good condition and works. Includes 9V battery. Sorry, no ac adapter.
