Alpenglow Engineering Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full time structural engineer with a minimum of 1 year of residential home design experience to come join our team in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. We specializes in structural design for custom residential projects but we also work on commercial, industrial, municipal, and bridge projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
· B.S. or M.S. degree from an accredited engineering program with an emphasis in structural engineering
· Strong technical skills with AutoCAD or Revit, Risa, Enercalc, Forte, Microsoft Office
· Minimum of 1 year experience with residential structural design or related field
· Experience with high-end residential structural design preferred
· Experience with earth retaining structures and deep foundations preferred
· Experience with industrial and commercial structural design a plus
· Design experience with wood, concrete, steel required
· Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
· Passionate and self-motivated
