Just what you see in the pictures. It's either a 12' or 15' cord - hard to measure when it's rolled up - and looks like it's never been used. It's been lying in a basement or car trunk for 10+ years, and has gotten a little dirty - note black specks in first picture, brown stain in second - but shows no sign of actual use. That's why I say the condition is 'Excellent', though the cleanliness is not so great. It will do the job it's designed to do, and you can probably clean it up without too much trouble, if you care how it looks.
