We rebuilt the backhoe and adapted it to our case skid steer. It can be adapted to the rear of a tractor or anything you want to hook it to that has a hydraulic system.
"We completely rebuilt this attachment intending to keep and use it ourselves, so no shortcuts were taken. But we ended up purchasing a dedicated backhoe, so our loss is your gain. See the full list of rebuild work below." I have 3 videos but could not upload them.
We tore it down, cleaned it up and primed and painted it with the expensive Imron industrial paint like they use on oil platforms in the ocean. All the cylinders were leaking. We rebuilt them all. We put a new rod in one of the cylinders. The swing cylinder had pitted, and chrome was peeling off it. We bought a new hydraulic rod, cut the rack gear off of it, and welded it on the new rod. We then repacked it. All the hoses are new, and they are the good quality hoses and fittings. We put all new O-rings on the cylinders and on the valve's fittings. We have run it to test it and found no leaks. We built new rods and knobs.
Images shown are for new hydraulic cylinder tube...
With our shop labor and all parts, we put on it, we are asking $8,000.00 for it.
