We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will help keep our automated machines running efficiently, ensure parts meet quality standards, and assist with general shop operations.
No prior CNC programming experience is required. We will fully train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
• Machine Operation: Load raw materials into automated CNC machines and monitor the production runs to ensure smooth operation.
• Parts Finishing: Safely deburr, sand, and polish completed parts to remove sharp edges and achieve the required finish.
• Quality Control: Visually inspect finished parts and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions against specifications.
• Shipping & Packing: Safely package and label finished products to prepare them for shipment to clients.
• Shop Upkeep: Perform general cleanup and organization duties to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
