My name is Santos Canales, owner of *Santos Drywall Construction Inc.* I am reaching out to introduce our company and offer our services for your current and upcoming construction projects.
We are a fully insured subcontractor carrying Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Umbrella Insurance.
Our crews are reliable, hardworking, respectful, and easy to work with. We take pride in our workmanship and understand the importance of quality, safety, professionalism, teamwork, and productivity on every job site.

We provide skilled and experienced crews for commercial and residential construction, including:
- Drywall installation and finishing, including Level 4 and Level 5 finishes
- Metal framing
- Acoustical and suspended ceilings
- Painting
- FRP installation
- Stucco

- Shingle roofing
- Other related construction services based on project needs
We have experience in both new construction and renovation projects, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, clinics, assisted living facilities, schools, universities, hotels, apartments, residential communities, and other commercial and residential developments.
### EXPERIENCED CREWS & LONG-TERM PROJECTS
Our workers are experienced, dependable, adaptable, and willing to learn. We work hard to meet each project's requirements while maintaining quality workmanship and efficient production.
We can provide skilled manpower for projects that are ready to start or already in progress, and we can increase our workforce as project demands grow.
We are willing to travel for the right opportunities, especially large projects and long-term work. Having accommodations near the job site helps our crews stay focused, available, and ready to work consistently.
### PREVAILING WAGE & CERTIFIED PAYROLL
We have experience working on projects requiring prevailing wages and certified payroll. We are familiar with these requirements and have successfully worked on projects under these conditions.
### OUR PRICING & WORK HOURS
Our prices are based on an hourly rate per worker. However, we are also open to discussing piece-rate pricing for large projects, including apartment complexes and single-family homes, as long as the pay is fair and worthwhile.
For drywall hanging and finishing, we can also consider pricing by the sheet or by the square foot, depending on the project.
Our crews are willing to work 10–12 hours per day, approximately 60 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, and Sundays when needed, depending on project requirements.
