**Position Details**
• Part-time W-2 employee
• Approximately 10–25 hours per week
• $17–$20/hour, based on experience
• Daytime availability preferred
• Weekday and some weekend availability needed
• Work locations vary throughout the State College area
**Job Duties**
• Residential cleaning
• Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers
• Commercial cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Making beds and preparing short-term rentals for guests
• Following cleaning checklists and property instructions
**We're Looking For Someone Who:**
• Is dependable and punctual
• Pays attention to detail
• Can work independently
• Has reliable transportation to assigned locations
• Is comfortable working around pets
• Is comfortable working in multi-level homes/buildings and using stairs
• Can follow instructions and cleaning checklists
Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
