My contract working at Penn State is ending on Oct 31st, so I'd rather move back home than find a new job here. This listing is for a lease takeover where you move in and I pay the rent of the month you would be moving in and you pay and take responsibility for the remainder of that lease. The apartment has four bedrooms, two of which are currently taken by college-age women (preference to women/non-binary people interested, sorry). The kitchen, laundry, living room, and balcony are shared. The bathroom has an open sink area while the toilet and shower are in a separate room. You would be sharing this with one other person. You'd have your own private room with lock and key. There is a large closet, a desk that is attached to the walls, a long drawer, and a full (long) bed. This complex allows cats and dogs for a fee, however one roommate has a cat so dogs might be a no. There is parking that comes with rent and is an open parking lot outside the buildings. The building has AC and heating along with ceiling fans in each room. Rent is $669 with additional cost for electricity and gas use split between the inhabitants. There is a bus stop right next to the complex that will take you to Penn State and down town.
