Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Project Dates: Monday, November 2nd – Thursday, November 12th
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour workdays)
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Carpenter Assistant for an upcoming project running from Nov 2 through Nov 12.
You will be assisting experienced carpenters with commercial/residential finish trim, material handling, staging, and general site duties. We need someone who shows up on time, works hard, and pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist lead carpenters with measuring, cutting, and installing trim/millwork.
Transport materials, staging tools, and unload deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
Follow instructions closely and work efficiently alongside the crew.
Requirements
Dependable & Punctual: Must have reliable transportation and arrive ready to work at 7:00 AM daily.
Tools: Basic hand tools required (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, tool pouch/belt). PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots).
Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50+ lbs, stand, kneel, and work active 10-hour shifts.
Experience: Prior experience in carpentry, cabinet installation, or general construction labor preferred.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
