Wanted by Owner: Small Storefront for Vintage & Collectibles
I’m looking for a small storefront for a new vintage and collectibles shop in the Lyman, Wellford, Duncan, Greer, or Inman area.
I’m seeking approximately 700–1,200 square feet with good visibility, adequate parking, and a clean, usable space. Street-front locations and shopping-center spaces are both welcome.
The shop will feature vintage furniture, antiques, art, lamps, pottery, textiles, collectibles, and unique home décor.
I’m looking for a reasonable monthly rent and a landlord who is willing to work with a small independent business. I’m also open to a space that needs minor cosmetic updating, as long as the basic structure and utilities are in good condition.
