We raise Jacob sheep on our small farm in Meridian. These lambs were on pasture with their mothers their entire lives, supplemented as needed. They were processed at Sustainable Meats in Kuna, and every package has the USDA stamp.

Jacob is a heritage breed with a small frame, so the cuts are smaller than grocery-store lamb. The flavor is milder than most people expect.
