Hello. Im an experienced air bnb hostess whi maintained 5 star rating for luxury homes in irvine. I ran all aspects of the business for their off shore investors. I ran and maintained the homes like brand new for five years. These homes have sold.

I am seeking a simular situation an agreement to rent or lease a property in exchange for assisting or fully maintaining property. The busy holiday season is approching and I u derstand not evwryone wants to be or can be on site for their guests.

Im interested in sharing my 5 star hosting status or just assisting someone who needs full hosting services. I'm a Jill of many trades from repairing appliances to deep cleaning or flipping a room in a few hours. I have vast experience happy to share my abilities.

I am hoping someone has an oppurtunity that will benefit us both.
I can travel between properties or live onsite.

I am seeking a rentals in and around orange county all the way to palm springs and Joshua tree.
