Maine Outdoor Spaces builds custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and landscapes across the Lakes and Coastal Regions of Maine. We're looking for a Crew Lead to run day-to-day operations on hardscape and landscape installs.
What you'll do:
Lead a crew on-site, keep jobs on schedule and on spec
Read and execute project plans/designs
Train and mentor crew members
Manage materials, equipment, and site safety
Communicate progress with project managers and clients
What you bring:
5+ years of hardscape installation experience, including 3+ years as a crew lead
Working knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, stonework, and grading
Valid driver's license; ability to operate/tow equipment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor in all seasons
