In great condition.
Everything works as it should: clock movement (hands). Chimes the correct number of times on the hour, and once on ½ hours.
Once hung, it would need some fine-tuning of the pendulum disk. There in an adjustment of it to affect its swing speed. The pendulum disk is moved up or down by turning the adjustment nut.
