1973年から蔵王温泉で、国内外からたくさんのお客様を迎えてきた LODGE SCOLE（ロッジスコーレ）。
美味しい料理、Cafe & Bar、音楽、犬、スキー・スノーボード、そして国内外から集まる人たち。
SCOLEは、ただ働く場所ではなく、人と人がつながり、また帰ってきたくなる場所を大切にしています。

【募集ポジション】
👨🍳 サブシェフ／調理スタッフ
料理や仕込み、キッチン業務を中心に、チームで楽しく働ける方。
🏡 接客・宿運営／サブマネジメント
ゲスト対応、スタッフとの連携、日々の宿運営など、現場に入りながらサブマネジメントまでサポートできる方を募集しています。
⛷️ シーズナル／マルチスキルスタッフ
接客、Cafe & Bar、ゲスト対応、清掃、宿運営など、それぞれの得意分野を活かして幅広く活躍できる方。
料理＋接客、接客＋運営など、複数のスキルを持つオールラウンダーも大歓迎です。
【勤務条件】
・時給 1,200円〜
経験・スキル・担当業務により相談・優遇
・1日 6〜8時間程度／シフト制
・住み込み可
※スタッフルームは相部屋となる場合があります
・食事あり
・通勤の方は交通費 1日1,000円支給
・日本語で業務上のコミュニケーションができる方【必須】
・英語でコミュニケーションできる方歓迎
・運転免許をお持ちの方歓迎

POSITIONS AVAILABLE
👨🍳 Sous Chef / Kitchen Staff
For someone who enjoys cooking, food preparation and working together as part of a hospitality team.
🏡 Hospitality, Lodge Operations & Assistant Management
We’re looking for someone who can work hands-on with our existing team while also supporting guest relations, team coordination and day-to-day lodge operations.
Experience or skills in assistant management / operations support are especially welcome.
⛷️ Seasonal / Multi-skilled Staff
Hospitality, café & bar service, guest relations, housekeeping and general lodge operations.
We especially welcome multi-skilled, all-round team members who enjoy contributing in different areas — for example, cooking + hospitality, guest service + operations, or café & bar + lodge support.
WORK CONDITIONS
• From ¥1,200/hour
• Pay depending on experience, skills and responsibilities
• Approx. 6–8 hours/day / shift system
• Staff accommodation available
• Shared staff rooms may apply
• Meals included
• ¥1,000/day transportation allowance for commuting staff
• Japanese communication skills required for day-to-day work
• English communication skills are a plus
• Driver’s license is a plus
