I have a large 10x12 cedar shed with built in 4’ deck off the front. Total length with deck is 16’ and it’s 11’ tall.
6 ceiling lights, exhaust fan, 8 vinyl windows. Fully insulated, floor insulation is out to assess the damage. Pine interior. This shed was here when we bought the house. We don’t have a need for it, And definitely have more important projects to get to.

It has some rot on one corner from a deck that was built up to it without proper flashing. Will need some flooring and wall studs replaced. I think it’s a great shed that is worth saving.

It is sitting in 6x6 posts. It’s BIG AND HEAVY!!!! You remove and it’s yours!
I think it could be JACKED up and trailered away, there’s no lifting this shed by hand
