I have a furnished studio apartment for rent on St Thomas, VI that will be available November 15th 2026. The property has solar panels and Tesla batteries for power when wapa is out. It is $1,225 a month and a yearly lease with first, last, and a $200 cleaning deposit is required. It is located on the corner of Rosendahl Drive and Ginger Hill Rd North. Google search that description to see the exact location. It comes furnished and has AC and a shared washer and dryer. Cats and small dogs that are good with cats are ok since there are cats that hang around the property. It has a deck with a partial view of the ocean. The location makes it easy to get to anywhere on the island. Electricity, Dish TV with a DVR, WIFI internet, and trash removal service is included with your rent. Gas and water are not included and I do not accept Section 8.
