construction development industry w/construction building office management and office operation procedures ; in addition to; PPE safety compliance, payroll procedures, general liability and workers compensation compliance. My knowledge and expertise expands into supervisory role as a superintendent, interpreting blueprint plans, bid estimating for construction and painting projects and able to evaluate, interpret building plans coming from the architect overseeing said building codes per county ordinances and Florida statutes. Well versed with Builder trend platform regarding documentation of pictures and process status of the project timelines of completion.
