ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Salary Range: $40 – $50 per hour
> Flexible schedule for either 4 day or 5 day work week.
> Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10 hr shifts or Monday – Friday 8 hr shifts

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Experienced CNC programmer with strong knowledge of machining and material processing
> Natural leader with the ability to manage, motivate and work alongside a production team
> Strong understanding of CNC equipment, tooling, materials, and production processes
> Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
> Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
> Highly organized with strong attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Manage CNC programming and material processing operations
> Develop, review, and optimize CNC programs for production
> Plan production schedules and coordinate workflow
> Oversee material selection, preparation, cutting, and processing
> Lead, train, and working alongside production staff
> Troubleshoot programming, machining, and production issues
> Preparing CAD/CAM files, creating and modifying CNC programs, using nesting software
> Setting up machinery, operating equipment when required
> Monitor production quality, efficiency, and material usage
> Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase productivity
> Ensure equipment, tooling, and materials are properly maintained and available
