The holder is 10 3/4" tall X 11 1/4" length. The bottom bottle holder is 3 1/6" across. The handle is wooden, and everything else is brass. There is one cap cover nut missing at one wheel. The wheel is holding in place without the nut, because it threads onto a threaded shaft. Wheels do roll by design. Weighs 1 pound 12 ounces empty Good condition with some age and usage wear scratches, scuffs, and age discoloration.
