This has to be the dumbest thing I ever have done. I was walking with a man in a wheelchair, you were responding to a complaint. 3 minutes and the smile got me. You drive passed twice, I am assuming just to check on things. I don’t believe these things work but I lost a bet and had to post it to see if something comes out of this.
