Site Manager in Training (Sales & Operations)
Coach • Communicator • Membership Builder
Do you like staying busy?
Do you enjoy working with people and solving problems on the move?
Do you want to lead a team, improve customer experience, and grow recurring revenue-without shortcuts?
Then this job is for you.
Why you'll want this:
At Blue Iguana we're not looking for someone to "stand around and supervise."
We're looking for a real leader-someone upbeat, customer-focused, and hands-on.
If you're the kind of manager who:
- is constantly moving,
- handles issues fast,
- coaches your team with clarity,
- and knows how to talk to customers about memberships ethically.
…you'll fit right in.
What you'll do in plain English
As an Express Car Wash Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Running shifts and keeping things operating smoothly (most of the work is outside)
- Coaching and communicating with the team-every shift, consistently
- Helping customers find the right wash solution
- Explaining memberships to the right people-honestly, consistently, and with integrity
- Ensuring a great customer experience from the moment they pull in
This is not a "sit-down" job
This work is about 90% outdoors. That means you'll be out there in heat, cold, and everything in between
Beautiful 70-degree day? That's when you remember why you didn't take an office job.
If you don't enjoy being outdoors, this won't be a fit.
Here's what's at stake (and why you should apply now)
Customers come in every day-looking for a fast, easy way to keep their cars clean.
And every time the wrong person is running the shift, opportunities are missed and team momentum suffers.
The next great manager we hire will change the whole feel of the operation.
If that's you… don't wait and hope. Apply now before someone else does.
You're the kind of person who…
- works hard and stays upbeat
- loves customer service
- communicates clearly and coaches consistently
- enjoys being outdoors
- understands that memberships aren't "pressure"-they're value for the right customers
You might belong here if...
- You're naturally upbeat.
- You genuinely like customers.
- You'd rather be moving than sitting.
- You see a problem and think, “I'll handle it.”
- You can coach someone without tearing them down.
- You believe standards matter—even when nobody is watching.
- And when things get busy, you somehow get better, not worse.
This isn't your job if...
- You want to manage from an office.
- Weather ruins your attitude.
- You avoid difficult conversations.
- You think sales is somebody else's responsibility.
- Or you're looking for a place where doing the minimum is good enough.
There are plenty of jobs like that.
This isn't one of them.
