For poor Senior Citizens only as we are all on the edge. Landlord is roommate too! Room for rent to be rented in late September 2026. Shared bathroom. Located in older home, up stairs. Rent includes utilities. LOTS OF BARKING BECAUSE EVERYONE LIVING HERE (3) HAS DOGS AND CAT. Please bring pet. I have a fenced in yard. House has lots of issues But see Description. Other roommates are seniors and very nice but not nosey.
DESCRIPION 1, The room is currently temporarily filled with stuff that will be removed before renting (clothing, sheets, and computer stuff). Thats why it wont be avail until late Sept as I have to clean it. ACTUAl 2, The room is quite nice and large. On one side is a fireplace (gas), with chairs and sofa. The FP doesnt work because it makes the house too hot. It may be fixed though. The room also has a large flat 2 fold table (Yield House) that I previously used as a desk. Other furniture stuff includes chairs and lamps but Not a bed. The other side of the room would be used for a bed. There is also a tall bookcase, with a glass front, cherry dresser, and small cherry table. The entire room is surrounded by large windows and includes 1 outside access door. The large 2-fold table looks out into the trees, and a bird feeder. In addition, the room has high ceilings, with a large ceiling fan to support the household air conditioning. EXPECT BACKGROUND CHECK
