The apartment is non smoking and no pets and is in the Thurston area of Springfield. It is close to shopping and freeway access. Parking is provided and it is on an LTD bus route.
Common space is shared. In the kitchen you will have access to a cupboard and 1/2 of the fridge and freezer. There are pots and pans as well as plates and flatware for your use, unless you have your own.
Rent is $625.00 per month, utilities are included. WIFI is also available. There is a small laundry room on site.
The room will be available upon approval by management. She will want to see an ID as well as proof of income. There is a $40.00 application fee. Once approved, you will be free to move in.
