Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and maintain the kitchen line
- Ensure food is cooked and presented properly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Follow food-safety and kitchen procedures
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning as needed
Qualifications
- Previous line-cook or restaurant-kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
