Move in and move out cleaning.
Heavy cleans such as individuals struggling with mental health and the mess is overwhelming and or hoarding situations.
Commercial such as offices and industrial environments.
Air bnbs and turn overs of short term stays.
My rates can vary based on levels of cleaning but my typical rates are
100$ per smaller 1 level homes
200 per 2 story larger homes
250+ per massive homes
30$ per hour commercial
