The basement offers plenty of natural light. Great quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. The basement has a movie theater and a pool table.
This house is conveniently located near Fairfax County Parkway and just minutes from the beltway 495 and 395. This community is short drive from the Franconia metro station. Grocery store, and restaurants are at a walking distance.
The basement has an in-unit washer and dryer.
Kitchenette includes a side-by-side refrigerator, over the counter microwave with an extremal exhaust fan, a four burner stove, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a pantry and plenty of cabinets.

3. How often do you drink? Do you smoke or vape? If so, how often?
4. How long do you see yourself renting? When are you planning to move-in?

6. Please note that the size of the bedroom is 16 X 11 sq ft. and has a built-in 2.5 x 6 ft. closet. The rest of the basement is over a 1500 sq feet. Would that be sufficient to accommodate you? Optionally, an additional room with an ensuite bathroom is available for additional $500/month.

We are looking for a tenant who can sign a year lease. Shorter term lease can be negotiated for higher monthly rent. We are seeking a kind, considerate, non-smoking tenant, who will keep the common exterior areas and their personal space clean.
If you do not need the additional room with an ensuite bathroom, we (homeowners) will use it as a storage.
