Immediately Hiring Multiple Painters, Handyman & Home Rehab Specialist to Join Busy Property Management Maintenance, Preservation, Rehab Company.
Our company is seeking Multiple maintenance man / handyman / contractor for small to medium sized jobs.
Must have experience in home repairs. Must be dependable, reliable, experienced, detail oriented.
Must have have own power tools, work truck or van.
Must have a Smart Phone and be able to send before and after pics via email.
This is steady, consistent, on-going work, depending on your skills.
You will be kept busy for entire day, multiple days in a week, entire week if desired.
It's about doing it right the first time, with the right skills and tools.
We provide: Work as much as you can handle and Materials.
You should have experience in some (NOT all) of these activities / skills listed.
Drywall repair
Painting interior
Wallpaper
Install doors, Changing out door hardware, locksets
Install kitchen cabinets, make kitchen cabinet drawers
Installing ceiling fans and lights
Changing bathroom Vanities
Install tiling
Window repair, caulking
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor electrical repairs
Install appliances washer, drier, dish washer, water heater, garbage disposal system etc.
House Maintenance
Tub / Counter refinishing
Pressure Washers
Carpet cleaning
Carpet / LVT installation
Roof repairs
Fence, deck repairs
HVAC repairs
