Our next training class starts Monday, November 16, 2026. This is an in-house position at our Springfield location with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You'll also receive one full week of paid training to learn the role, build your confidence, and get prepared before transitioning to the sales floor.
We're looking for dependable individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're excited to meet people who are motivated, coachable, and ready for a new opportunity.
