There is a little plastic bar on the front that breaks often in this design and it broke and my husband decided to just get a new one for our son but I easily fixed the problem with a metal bar. If you look up this common issue with these you can see it is fixable and that is what I did. I fixed it with a perfectly cut black metal bar that perfectly matched the plastic one that broke and super glued it in with baking soda which creates a very strong, like melted plastic bond, and it is a very clean, strong fix. If you look at photo 7 it is where the head bars velcro straps onto the bar. You can't see if but I can show it to you. It's a very good, clean, stronger than the original plastic bar, fix. It doesn't affect anything at all and you can't see the fix when the head strap is on but I can show you it. Because my husband decided to just buy another one I decided to try and get some money back off this one. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with it works just as it should.
We have the receipt from Best Bey when we bought it a year or so ago. It's always stored on it's Quest wall holder and the straps on the hand controllers have never been used. My son doesn't like them. Comes with original box and original strap. Located in SW Springfield off Battlefield road and West Bypass area. Thank you!
