Bodhi Cafe & Bakery is hiring cooks for our new downtown Eugene location. Our menu brings together chef-driven breakfast plates, pressed sandwiches, bowls, and fresh bread from Bodhi Bakery.
You’ll join an established Oregon business with defined recipes and kitchen standards. We’re looking for cooks who can execute consistently, stay organized, and work well with the team through a busy breakfast and lunch service.
What you’ll do
Prepare and cook menu items according to Bodhi recipes and presentation standards
Complete prep, stock your station, and stay ready for service
Maintain quality, portion consistency, and order accuracy
Follow food-safety, labeling, storage, and cleaning procedures
Communicate clearly with the café team and keep orders moving
Help control waste and leave a clean, organized kitchen for the next shift
Who we’re looking for
Dependable cooks who work efficiently, take direction well, and care about consistency. Professional breakfast, brunch, or café kitchen experience is preferred.
You should be comfortable working a busy station, managing several orders at once, and supporting your teammates. We’ll train you on Bodhi’s menu and procedures.

Schedule: Start Time: 6:30am
Compensation: Top Local Pay / Plus Tips and Benifits
