Ikea Jerker tall desk with shelf, square swing-out shelf, computer shelf (I don't recommend using it unless you have a small tower case), instructions, and all hardware. It has silver metal parts (and the square swing out shelf) and birch desk surface and shelf. Desk and all shelves can be placed at the height desired by the user. Desk is in good shape (nothing stripped), but there are a couple of screw holes in the bottom of the shelf where I had a light bar mounted (they do not penetrate to the top of the shelf).

Pictures are pulled from the Internet as it's already been disassembled and is sitting in my garage.
