Property owner looking for a reliable handyman in the Springfield area for ongoing work at rental properties. I’m looking for someone dependable, responsive, reasonably priced, and comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair projects.
Immediate project:
I currently need work completed in an apartment involving:
Cleaning/washing mold from bathroom ceilings/walls and other affected areas
Proper surface preparation
Applying mold-resistant primer
Repainting the bathroom and other areas as needed
There will be additional handyman and property maintenance work available on an ongoing basis for the right person.
