Found cat? Neutered mal. (Centennial and Water)

I'm not sure if this is someone's in my neighborhoods cat, but this sweet cat is ALWAYS in our yard. Day, night, all day, all night.

He's always hungry and SUPER friendly. Like head boops, and you can touch their belly, friendly. Neutured male, very affectionate! Kind of breaks my heart he doens't seem to have an owner :(

We have so many strays, I don't want to make the assumption and possibly re-home someone's pet, but this cat is almost never not in our yard.

We can't take them because we have two males already, and they would not approve of an addition.

They seem young, maybe a year, no collar. No, I have not trapped and scanned him yet.

If this is yours, maybe bring it inside every now and then. He's wanting attention.
