EXPERIENCED PAINTER WANTED
We are seeking a skilled painter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in their craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who has solid industry experience and the ability and desire to grow into a leadership role, eventually overseeing jobs and managing a painting crew.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Interior and exterior painting
• Proper surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, caulking, masking, and priming
• Brushing, rolling, and spraying
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Producing quality work with attention to detail
• Working independently and alongside other crew members
• Communicating professionally with customers and team members
• Potential to take on additional responsibilities, lead projects, and manage a crew
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5-10 years of painting experience REQUIRED
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting
• Experience with various painting techniques, tools, and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Leadership experience is a plus, but we are willing to help the right person grow into a leadership position
