We are seeking reliable and motivated Demolition and Water Damage Restoration Technicians to join us in Eugene, OR. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping restore residential and commercial properties. Experience is preferred but training is available for the right candidate!
Location: Eugene, OR
Duration: Full time.
Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm assigned (36-40 hours per week)
Overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities:
Responding to water damage and flood emergencies
Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
Document job progress with photos and notes
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
Be available for on-call or emergency response when required
Demolition & Removal: Safely removing water-damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation) and other debris.
Qualifications:
Experience in water damage restoration or mitigation preferred
IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) not required but preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Must be 21 or over to be considered for the role.)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (50+ lbs. with assistance) and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in emergency and fast-paced environments.
